Refunds Policy

Refunds will not be used unless agreed to buy two or more parties. Those two parties could be Buyer and Seller; Buyer and Admin; Seller and Admin. 

Only when a cause for a refund is due to proven site error will processing fees be reimbursed.

Warning - Do not buy a service with no delivery time. Purchasing a service with no delivery time might cause a payment to be processed without an order being generated. Please contact site admins if this does occur. Refunds due to this error can take up to 180 days to process.


Payment processing is done through PayPal and Stripe at this time. PayPal and Stripe have guidelines for those operating businesses online which can result in a Schedule 1099K for income tax purposes based on how you have registered with them in the US. Because Gigesy is just providing the matchmaking service and other tools, it is up to each participant to comply with the rules of their governing bodies. As our marketplace grows we do intend to provide the Gigesy Economy with more and better tools for our Gigesy Community.

Do not try to defraud, another user or us. Do not refer anyone from this site to transact on a different website or in person. Doing so could result in immediate expulsion from the site and forfeiting any current or future value transfers. These same penalties can result from any illegal activity you attempt to engage in on this site.

Customer's pay just one $1 processing at Check Out.

While it's free to post your Gigs on Gigesy.com complete orders a charged a commission to the Gigster base on your Rating in our Gigesy-Economy.

Commission Structure For Gigsters

New Gigster: 25% of each order

"A" Rated Gigster: 20% of each Gig order

"AA" Rated Gigster: 15% of each Gig order

"AAA" Rated Gigster: 10% of each Gig order
